We lead aviation - in step with the times, in all situations. LFV is Sweden's leading operator in air traffic management for civil and military aviation with related services.

We offer air traffic management and related services both nationally and internationally. Our air traffic controllers manage approximately 2,000 aircraft daily in Swedish airspace. LFV was the first in the world to implement remote air traffic management and we are driving digitalization in several areas. Through various collaborations, we are helping to streamline European airspace.
Do you want to contribute to an organization where information and IT security are crucial for success? We are looking for someone who wants to work on preventing, detecting, and managing security risks and threats in an environment where information management, technology, analysis, and societal benefit intersect. Here you will have the opportunity to make a real difference - every day.
The Information Security Unit is part of LFV's security organization and is responsible for steering, leading, and following up on the work with information security, including security protection within LFV. We do this by maintaining LFV's management system for information security and setting requirements for security functions. It is our task to create conditions for all employees to manage and protect our information assets throughout the organization in all states of readiness.
We are now strengthening our unit with additional information and IT security coordinators who will primarily work operationally by supporting LFV's business managers in their work with information and IT security.
Your role
As an information and IT security coordinator, you will, among other things:
- support the businesses in setting requirements for systems and technology

- evaluate security functions and assess the handling of sensitive information
- provide advice and train the organization in security-related issues
- contribute to the further development of methods and processes within information and IT security
The role involves continuous contact with many operational parts of the organization and requires you to work in a structured manner and manage several parallel initiatives.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with relevant education and a couple of years of current experience in information and IT security. You have a good understanding of technical environments and are comfortable having qualified dialogues with representatives from both technology and operations.
We consider it an advantage if you:
- follow the development of new threats, technologies, and tools, and adapt to changes in the security landscape
- think preventively, identify risks, and work systematically to protect information and operations
- have technical understanding that allows you to identify weaknesses in technology and the ability to assess how they can be exploited and pose threats to the organization
We also value certifications such as CISM, CISSP, SANS, or equivalent.
To thrive in the role of information and IT security coordinator, we believe you are analytical, meticulous, communicative, and pedagogical. You see the value of collaboration for better results and are interested in broadening and deepening your knowledge in the field and working practically with varying issues. To succeed, it is important that you are both unpretentious and responsible.
